Licensed mold remediation for homes, condos and commercial properties. We address affected materials and remaining surfaces while managing the moisture conditions that contributed to the problem.
Understand the affected area
We review the affected area, access and moisture conditions before defining the work. An independent mold assessor can provide a written remediation protocol and post-remediation verification. When an assessor is involved, we follow the project protocol and coordinate the remediation schedule.
Contain, remove, and clean
Work may include containment to isolate affected spaces, HEPA air scrubbers, removal of affected drywall and insulation, HEPA vacuuming, and cleaning and treatment of remaining surfaces and exposed framing. Commercial dehumidifiers help control moisture during the project. The exact scope depends on the materials and project protocol.
Document the finished work
After removal and detailed cleaning, air filtration continues as specified for the project. We coordinate independent post-remediation verification when included and explain when the area is ready for repairs.
